Today I thought we'd get down into a little bit of the nitty gritty of various story possibilities in UNTRUE TALES. Namely, who Gabe Stein is and why you should give a hoot (not to mention a holler) about his lazy ass.

UNTRUE TALES will range from Gabe's childhood as a displaced city kid on a New Mexican chicken farm to his years in Los Angeles on a fruitless quest for rock and roll stardom. We'll watch Gabe get up to shameful shenanigans and discombobulating dilemmas in his teen years, mostly due to the dangers of drinky drinks and an inability to form coherent sentences in the presence of girls. We'll also be introduced to the smack-shootin’, tooth-missin’, girl-slappin’ guitarist Licks Destiny and other subhuman members of Gabe’s godawful metal band, Five Fingers of Blood.



















We’ll meet Gabe’s best pal, Archie the struggling actor.























We’ll meet his kooky co-workers at Universal Studios Hollywood and hear them complain about how difficult it is to find their motivation when portraying Tram Frankenstein.


















We’ll see Gabe’s life spiral out of control and descend into addiction and paranoia. We’ll see the trail of dead he left in his wake.

There will be drugs. There will be guns. There will be blood.

It’ll be fun!

Believe it or not, the underlying theme of the series is the redemptive power of love.
It’s really all about the cheese.
