Blast Off

I didn't win. Boo hoo. Such is life.

But wait! There's more!

UNTRUE TALES continues on its very own shiny and sparkly website!

http://www.untruetales.com/

The first page of the new story THE TROUBLE WITH UZIS is up now and updates will follow twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays.

Do check it out, won't you?

I left a comment on the Zuda message boards, but I'll leave one here too, Just cause I like to write -you know this. I really liked the comic. Stray bullets, fantagraphics/ slave labor style, and some steel town rockers.
I hummed the gabriel song as I read it, it's a nice effect to drop music into a comic, but not one that many people do. Course it doesn't work if it's not a well known song but anyway... Do you plan to stick with (more or less) the three panels per page layout? I think the black and white really fits and the character drawings are all top notch. Twice a week updates! Can you handle that kind of output? (That's not a slight against you more of a whatever happened to battlefield babysitter, and all the other web comics I like that have died, kind of question.) If you keep doing the comic (PLEASE DO!) I'll keep following it. Great work!!!!!

Thanks Pete and RKB.

Yeah, I've already got the shakes and heart palpitations from promising twice a week updates. I'll probably have to scale back to a page a week eventually, but I wanna try and build up some momentum right out of the gate.

I'm in this for the long haul though, so I'll keep crankin' out pages, be I tortoise or hare.

Three panel's will probably be the average layout, but I'll shake things up with some splashes and more multi-paneled screens pretty much as the story dictates its needs.
