The Hunt kicks into gear

Happy Monday, peoples!

Looks like Gabe's all warmed up and getting to the meat of things in this week's installment of The Hunter:

And just for the heck of it, I knocked out a little fan art for Gabe's hardboiled hero:

Saw Star Trek this weekend. It's pretty much as great as everybody says it is. ALl the new guys do a pretty spot-on job of taking over their iconic roles. The new Spock guy doesn't have quite the gravitas of Nimoy (kind of a mousy voice) but he's supposed to be a youngster so hopefully he'll grow into it. I also picked up the prequel comic Star Trek Countdown which was a great companion to the movie. It's written (plotted anyways) by the screenwriters and really fills in the gaps in Spock Prime's and Nero's backstories with a lot of cool Next Generation stuff thrown in to boot. The art is really first rate too. Great likenesses of all the principals without being overly stiff. Highly recommended for fans of the movie.

That's it for now. Have a good week!
